Were the updated maps free? I've got one of these but haven't bothered to look for updated maps as the current ones have been fine for me. Now I'm being lazy, is it just the maps that update or any other software updates?
Ok so you have the lightened harmonic balancer and Red Coil packs?
What improvements from each product do you expect?
Cheers Al
Everybody knows red is faster
Spark plugs and new coils not for improvement rather ensuring that performance stays where it's at, old coil packs now 7yrs old .....
crank pulley weighs a bit less so less rotating mass, slightly quicker revving maybe? Also getting front underbody brace fitted
this the timing belt service for me so a big one .....

Well I don't know what made the difference, but the little Pog is noticable more sprightly after the service. Be it the ECS pulley, the new "colder" plugs or the new coils, it feels as if it picked up a bit of extra power.
Also, and I higly recommend this to everybody, the 42DD gear linkage bushes that went in has made a massive difference in the feel to changing gears. Get on to Greg from Carformance now and order yours.

I vote for the 'Be it the ECS pulley'. I put GFB underdriven lightweight pulleys on my WRX and yehaaaa did it spin out fast.
Sharkie what else other than the 42DD gear linkage bushes have you done to the gear links?
Cheers Al

Apart from those linkage bushes, evertything else stock. I was considering the short shift kit and then either Ant or Jason told me to go the bushes. I bought them about 6 months ago waiting for the service to go in and it was like "WOW" when I got it back after Jimmy did his magic.
Sadly my new brake rotors arrived too late to make it to Jimmy, but they are here now, so I'll pop them on this weekend.
