What did you do to your Polo today?

Whats the Specs of the Team Dynamics wheels and tire specs greg, any pics with them on

They're ProRace 1.2S or 1.5 wheels (they're called 1.2S on the TD website but the boxes have 1.5 on them) with 38mm offset and a 73mm centerbore - the wheels came with a fitting kit of 4 57.1-73mm plastic hubrings and 20 M14x1.5x28mm tuner bolts. The tyres are the195/55R15 Yokohama Advan A048 semi-slicks that I've been running (and killing ) for the last 4 track days. Once these have gone hard, I'll get 205/50R15 semi-slicks fitted for a bit more grip.

I haven't fitted them as yet but may do for a cruise before Sandown to break in the latest replacement (or I may run 3 of the Conti Premium Contacts with just one Advan).

next time you're at the track, let me know so i can bring the spacers (as well as watch/ help out) - im seriously thinking about taking the 11mm spacers off the back of my car, so you may be able to play with those, too.

No probs, Scotty. Troy, Paul & I will be at Sandown on the 15th of April.
I won't need the spacers, though - I didn't end up getting the 45mm offset wheels so they'll be fine as is.

noticed I had quite a harsh noise coming from my front left brake rotor...turned out to be a tiny stone that was caught between the rotor and the pad...

I'm pretty stumped as to how it could have happened really

Possibly one of those tiny white stones used to mark the road divisions somehow got into the pad groove?

Walked out the front door to find that my father had decided to nudge my car with his Subaru Outback.

I've now got a 12 inch rub mark down the side of my driver side rear quarter panel (just behind the door) that i'll have to cut and polish out.

ouch, that's a bit of a bummer - i hope it's just superficial/ surface/ on-top-of-clearcoat kind of stuff, and that it's easy to get out.

While that was being done, however, I took an RS6 for a spin.

I should find my photo I took with 2 roadbikes, 5 wheels, full bed linen set, music stand, 3 trumpet cases and a bunch of overnight bags shoehorned into mine

Fitted some LED headlights during the week, and drove in the dark with them for the first time last night... I'll be changing back to the normal globes ASAP... Does anyone out there with LED headlights recommend a set that are brighter than the stok globes, as the ones I bought just don't have the brightness.
