Greg, Ya haven't felt a solid pedal until you have a brake master cylinder stopper.
The firewall flexes by about 5mm. under hard braking.
Do you know if there are any master cylinder braces for our cars? They were common on subaru's, I had bought one but never fitted it, but never heard anything for the polo.

I wanted the look of the newer badges that are just the one piece so I colour coded the rear section of the badge.. Might do the skirts and lower bumper sections too?
