It's up to the owner to ensure that the car is detailed and protected once they take delivery. Like it or not, you are far better off this way from a financial point of view, and your car is way better off this way from a look, projection, and on-going easy of maintenance point of view.
You can either take it to a detailer specialist and get them to apply your choice of protection, or you can go to a store like Car Care Products and purchase your choice of protection and apply it yourself.
