The official I have ordered/received my new MKVI thread

Got my R last night! The dealer was kind enough to drop it off to me as I was flat out at work, so a big thanks to Barloworld Glen Waverley! Very happy with their service so far. Anyway on to the R. Two words instantly come to mind....OH YEAH!! Photos do not do this car justice, they look amazing in real life! I only managed to get a short drive unfortunately last night as I had to go out for dinner with work colleagues and got on the sauce lol, but even from that drive it just feels sensational. Comfort, refinement and power, the R has got it all. Can't wait to get the drive home tonight from Melbourne to Geelong. The car was definitely worth the wait, so hang in there for all those waiting!! Pics to come soon!

Here is a question for you all - As you all know it is taking a damn long time to get in our new cars, what happens if the price drops on the cars - Will the dealers tell us our car is now cheaper ?

Have same UG 5dr with silver 19" wheels S/R and S/N - all can keep their blue,white and blacks - I just love this colour and LOVE++++++++++ the car
Next step will be the APR tune with CAI and then --let her rip ( legally of course)

Ordered in august. That car isn't due until may/June! Swapped for a higher spec cancelled order that became available.
United grey, DSG, sun roof, dynaudio, mdi, 19"s, blue tooth, 5 door.
Seriously can't wait! Two more sleeps!

Thanks mate, yeah UG is a great colour. Just did 200k in the R today cruising/fanging around and am enjoying the car more and more. Showed it off to various family members and relations and it never failed to impress lol! If only there was more free time to drive it!

They seem to leave them on the car over this side of the world! I had to remove mine myself. I see people driving around with cars a few year sold who still have theirs on! How lazy is that?!

Why is your fuel consumption sticker still on? Dealer should of removed. I think its illegal to have them on the car in the same area as the Rego sticker....

Looks good though, I love the United Grey.... very stealth....
