Done a bit this afternoon after tea.

Rods built up



First one in after also checking ring gaps



And the rest



Rods bolts torqued up the required 3 times to 50lbft





The sump is now on. It's a spare as the drain plug was stripped in Lito's.

Tomorrow morning I'll be doing the belt and water pump, as well as dropping the head back on.

Yeah good old ultratune with the sump plug, ive wrestled with it twice now, next move was a piggie back, that would be the go, but if you have a sump all good. Carlos be sure to come round after she is hummin

Yet another productive afternoon at gavins.
Redid the intake plumbing so I can get the airbox in




Then gavin bled the brakes and filled it up with coolant and we went for a drive. We then promply freaked out as it started smoking like crazy but turns out it was just the heat wrap burning in. Car feels really good, not much below 3000rpm but as soon as that turbo starts spooling . Here are a couple of videos i took...
