Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

They are cheap - $137 per corner is good. I rang a dealer today who (as they all always seem to) rubbished these tyres and said they were no longer available here (they once sold them). Most people in the tyre post seem to like them and quite a few have them/tried them...........

That's what I have, came with wheels.
I think they are poor in the wet, seem to have average grip over all. Considering changing to KU31's down the line... I don't know tyres very well, but they were good on the TT rims and was able to get them very cheap last time.

What tyres did you get (I'm looking)?
kenada or something like that .... cheap only thing I could get on short notice 205/45/16s for some reason is not a size any of the tyre places around me stock, part of me be able to drive the car was that the tyres and wheels be fix within 24hours or it would have to be towed.
They seem alright no traction issues, but haven't taken the car out on a proper drive, just work and back so might show issues on the twistiesOriginally posted by Preen59It doesn't matter what car you drive.. If you're a complete wanker.. People still won't want to talk to you..

Not being crude but they are terrible honestly. 2 friends had them on for under 1000kms and pulled them off. They are cheaper for a reason unfortunately.
even Zetum are better (made by kumho)What’s behind you doesn’t matter..

The parts are largely the same, diameters, thickness, etc all match, it seems to be the cosmetics that differ.
Should I be concerned?"If can't get behind your troops, feel free to stand in front of them..."

Nearly killed myself (+1 Range Rover) on Sat cruise as I found out the lack of top end for diesels, even tuned.+ averaged 4.7l / 100km (indicated) on the fairly aggressive cruise
and yes. that Range Rover incident was F***ING SCARY
