Yeah, had a look at some alternate cars, nothing bit me so I thought I'd have a go at softening the suspension for my lame daily drive roads...
Bought a few extra bits to accompany the new gear, nothing special, just worth having a backup / doing a refresh of anything worn...

Powerflex Front wishbone bush - PFF85-201
Powerflex Rear Beam Mounting Bush - PFR85-415
OEM Front strut mount - 6Q0 412 331 B
OEM Front strut mount bearing - 6N0 412 249 C
I don't expect to use th Powerflex bushes, if anyone wants them and I don't use them, let me know.
Just did some weighing of some of the parts removed:
Rear Seats: -30kg
Seat Belts and rear trim: -10kg
Spare tyre: -16kg
...Tool kit: -5KG
Semi Slicks and new rims: +8kg
Not bad for a start, next stage towards the end of the year perhaps will be, roof lining and excess air bags once the cage goes in.
Forgot that my EGT and boost gauges from New South Performance have turned up, ordered them off Avenue Motorsport in the states, turned up 4 or 5 days later. Awesome service minus Australia Post trying to deliver them to number 8 instead of number 6.
