Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Now that's what you call car engine bling!!! (Post up the pic you sent me via MMS and I'm sure other will agree and drool). Car engine porn if you ask me. Man vwthunder I gotta hand it to you...all the hard work you've put into the engine bay has REALLY paid off. If only I had the time. But then again, I barely ever see my engine bay so maybe I'll leave my time and cash to more performance modsLast edited by Gti Dave; 02-02-2011, 10:37 PM.

Hmm will take pics tomorrow, not posting up Iphone pics with dirty engine lol
Compared to Vans engine it is nothing lol, I admire him, as now i know how much time and effort it all takes, some of the little things take so long to do. It is even harder without a garage and loads of tools
I think i ended up making 3 battery trays, first 2 i was not happy with, also butchered a few silicon hoses and clampsLast edited by vwthunder; 02-02-2011, 10:57 PM.MODS- TOO MANY
