Increase reversing lights brightness

I need to make the reversing lights brighter. I recall seeing a VCDS tweak for this, but now cannot find it again. Can anyone point me to this info or describe the steps?

I traded my SE for an R-line. While the SE's reversing lights were just fine, they are quite dim on the new vehicle.

Lane assist has been much improved. My Tiguan was built in Puebla on May 1, 2018. It appears that VW has now precluded any changes to the steering lane assist feature, BUT they seem to have programmed it right! Non ping-ponging between lane markings and tracks where I try to drive in the lane -- center, left, or right.

Now if I could just get rid of that take-over-steering nag message!

Finally got my **** together and did the following yesterday with my VCDS cable thanks to this thread:

- TMC enabled
- Gauge sweep enabled
- Nag screen disabled
- Beep when lock/unlock enabled (although wife wants it turned back off)
- Orange coloured active display theme set

Hi All, First post, I've had my Tiggy 162TSI for a few weeks now and would like to enable TMC and Dynamic speed sign recognition as VW wont do it. I've read it can be done here in this forum, and rather than mucking about myself, I was wondering if there is someone here in Melbourne that is willing to assist? I live in the South Eastern Suburbs but am willing to accommodate anyone able to help.

I am thinking about getting the tools froim Ross Tech, but am concerrned about making the wrong changes or accidental changes that could stuff up the software.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a VAG 11.11 cable and VCDS software someone gave me 7 years ago which I never used, will this work on my TIG?

Does anyone know how to enable the “performance monitor” on the Tiguan. Have seen online the golf gti can display this via the infotainment, and in my Tiguan Allspace manual it has a section that says select vehicle->selection->sport but I don’t see that option just off-road option etc

Then hit settings on the bottom right and it will come up.

Looks like the Performance Monitor only comes with Performance Engines.
