Mk2 Tiguan VCDS Tweaks

Can't remember the specifics, but it was from this thread! Used VCDS. I'll have a look over the weekend and update.

Edit: Just looked. Used the voltage method. Changed the value to 12 from 7.6

Just got my new Tig 2.0 TSI DSG SEL and loving it, I had a 2010 Tig before and did quite a few VCDS mods just to make it mine so to speak. I want to do the same to my new Tig but after doing a full scan I find I now have to change my unlimited Hex-Can to a Hex-Net, old cable won't read media player (Discovery Media) or roof modules. I have been reading through all the available vcds tweeks so I now know what ones I won't to do thanks to you guys. I have noticed that when I connect my Iphone 8 to apple play I get the YouTube logo but nothing plays , all I get is a grey screen. Is it possible to get the Discovery Media to play YouTube vids with vcds and please don't burn me I'm not wanting to watch anything on the go, It's just a foible of mine that if something is there it should work IMHO. I do have a scan for my Tig (less two missing modules) so if it would help I can post it as a 2018 Uk specc one could be useful to some for the codes.

If you're teaching your child to drive, then having all the relevant information on the central infotainment screen allows you to see it easily rather than having to look over at the driver's display.

I’m assuming it either stops the learner driver from going over that speed or gives an audible warning so the instructor can get them to slow down.

You're in luck. DV52 is a big contributor and expert in OBD11/VCDS lives in Victoria.
