MY12 Model changes Golf

I've enabled the static cornering lights on my GTI, that uses a fog to illuminate when cornering below 45km/h (no xenons, so no adaptive cornering lights for me). I think this is a fantastic feature and a worthy use of the fogs. I miss it in other cars, and feel like I'm turning into darkness.

Well, the R gets the active cornering lights as standard, which makes static cornering lights somewhat superfluous.

The Golf Rs have always done away with fog lights; I doubt they'd change this for MY12.

No it won't.

I spoke with a dealer at the start of the week, and he said Week 25 production was the MY12 kickoff.

It's week 22 for the Golf, week 27 for the Golf Wagon and week 27 for the Jetta.

Pretty good price but you can probably knock another $500 off. I didn't get the ACC but I got the 19s and sunroof for $55,770. Same specs as you otherwise.
