How can a golf do 0-100 in only 4.1 seconds
That's crazy fast. Wouldnt you need something like 500kw to get that from a golf?.

The same way you get a Golf down to 12.46 on the 1/4...

Easy....with decent ECU tuning to match the same hardware mods that provide good results on any turbo 4.

Hi just thought i would give you my time that i ran at heathcote on the weekend
The only thing ive had done to the car is a viezu map on my golf r dsg
It ran 13.48 at 105.31
Not sure how to post time slip if someone lets know i will post it

The service that i got from simon at Viezu was fantastic
The launch control was only revving to 3200 and simon said it should go to about 4200
if we can get it to do that then the time will be alot better
some one tell me how to put up the time sheet ad i will post it

LC should only officially go to 3000. It seems that some cars have some "bug" or something where there is no limit to the LC revs.
If you get an aftermarket DSG flash, you can launch at 4500rpm, or even higher if you're willing to change the clutch packs (or risk the stock clutch packs).

? mabye. Mine did 5.6 seconds in the following conditions:

- steady slight uphill (only place close by i can do it safely - industrial area)
- manual gearbox
- 10 degrees
- me filming it with a camera in my right hand while steering and shifting gears with my left hand

Would probably be a low 5 second time if i wasn't holding the camera and could concentrate on the driving + flat road.

But mine is DSG, so with LC not much driver talent is required lol

This guy got 4.89 seconds and he has a Revo stage 1 tune. So your car is either a bit of a beast, or something is a bit out of whack.

GTI 0-100 times

Hey Guys,
Finally got a chance to do some 0-100 runs in the GTI now the P3 Interface is installed. Thought some of you may be interested.

With the following mods:

APR TBE
APR Stage 2 tune
Carbonio intake

Best time was 5.7, I reckon I can get that down a bit with some more take off practice but pretty happy with that considering stock is 6.9 from memory?
