How to track the car you have ordered?

Got this via email yesterday. Arrived in Melb on the 16th Nov. Interesting seeing all the stuff they do prior to delivery. Cheers and not long to go now!

Just got a call from my dealer - they have my car in their yard in Canberra! Should be able to pick it up early next week! Arrived at Port Kembla on the Morning Camilla on the 19th, for those tracking their own cars.

Got a call from dealer today. Mine was on Morning Camilla arrived 16th nov. Car will arrive at the dealership on monday and looking at delivery on wednesday. Not long to go. 5 months wait is going to be over!

Hopefully mine is ready for Friday which would mean 13 working days from when the ship unloaded!

It's ready (almost) collect at 2pm today

So yes it's been 13 working (Mon-Fri) days from unloading at the docks! or 17 days total!

YIPPEE!!! I also got “the” call and will pick-up on Tuesday!!! (11 days from being discharged from the Morning Camilla)

Received a call re my R, arrived at Port Kembla on the 19 (Morning Camilla) and I'll be picking it up on Monday!!!!!

Got a call from the dealer yesterday.

They have not yet received the car.

But apparently it will be ready for a mid to late pickup next week, week ending Friday 3rd of December!!!

Trouble is I don't yet have the finance papers processed through work. Hopefully I will get that done first thing Monday or Tuesday latest ... ready for pickup.

My car arrived on the 18th of November on the MORNING CAMILLA.

If it actually all happens next week that is not a bad turn around.

I ordered my car 13th of August ... thats not bad either

Need some guidance here.. I have trawled through this thread which seems to provide clear direction on how to track your car once a Vin has been provided, however I see references to being told what week build it is.. what does the week number they provide mean..?

if you have the VIN...then the vehicle is already well underway (if not finished) the manufacturing stage.

Plug the VIN into the first link in the first post of this thread (in the Cargo ID box). It will give you shipping dates, ship name, port of departure etc, dates etc. then plug the ships name into the 2nd link, to track it's progress 9when it is in range of the communications set-up).
