hehhe another GT5 fan! I will be down the local comp store with bells on Thursday for it lol! My mate has a racing cockpit with Logitech GT25 steering wheel and pedals setup.Lucky bastard! Geez that game looks amazing! 1000 cars, day/night, weather effects etc. The only slight downside is no Golf R or Mk VI GTI Wonder if they can add them as a patch later??

Mate - you are dreaming. It takes on average about 2 - 3 weeks from Docking to delivery to you depending on dealer workload, pre delivery delays, Aust Compliance process by Patricks etc. It will take around 4 days to even have it delivered to the Compliance company from the day it docks and you've got Christmas in that too. So, without trying to put a dampener on it, I reckon you're talking mid January.

Nooooooooooooo! Okay looks like I'm goanna have to forget about my road trip plans during Christmas. Perhaps GT5 will keep me occupied...

yeah I was hopin I would get the Aida for my R but its on the Don Quijote instead. It arrives in Melb 30/12/2010 so with all the Xmas stuff there might not be much difference in time between you and I actually getting our cars.

just talked to my VW guy about Bluetooth option...
but on delivery subject he told me that vehicles MUST be delivered to the Dealers in not more that 12 days from off-load and that in many cases it only takes 3 to 4 days to get through the process.... Trying to keep my expectations under control but its Bloody tough.

Is he talking about working days? 12 working days is 2.5 weeks, which sounds baout right
considering hE mentions from offload to the dealer,
the dealer then needs to performs some tasks too. (dealer delivery, registration etc)
that may add a few days ontop of this.
