How to track the car you have ordered?

I reckon in about 6 weeks time, this site is going to be a "ghost town" because many of us will have our bums glued to the seats of our shiny new toys that we're frustratingly waiting on arrival on the Morning Camilla. ........ Prodigy - we'll try to drop in just to make sure you aren't too lonely

For those of us with cars on 'Faust' she is about to arrive in Port Elizabeth today! Tomorrow to Durban, then over the Indian Ocean to Freo on 2/11/10, Melbourne 7/11/10, Port Kembla 9/11/10 and Brissy on 11/11/10.... Bring it on!!! I'm now getting officially sick of waiting (since July for me)

Finally!!! My Golf R was on the Best, arrived Melb on 10th Oct and dealer rang me they have received the car today 19th Oct. They say my car will be ready on the 26th Oct. Boy it is taking them to get the car ready as they said it will be ready for me on the 26th Oct. Take them a whole week to get the car ready grrr....

The specs are

Golf R, white, Manual, satnav, ACC, bluetooth, and that's about it

It usually takes them a week to get the car ready....
That's why we say allow 3 weeks from the day that the car lands...
