Yeah I had that issue.

Those headlights are designed for a standard MK5 bumper not the GT/GTI/Jetta bumper so there is one tab under the middle of the headlight that won't line up.

I wonder if anyone wants to sell their 'smoked'/GT style headlights, having upgraded to this HID look (or the HID upgrade/OEM HID)?

I'm guessing "slug" means the price? Haha if so, it was only $63USD plus about $18USD for international handling and ordering. The lights themselves were only $551USD as they had a 20% sale!

Yeah I have the HELLA Halogen Projectors. They still throw a better light than a relector. You get the same cutoff as the xenons. Also they work great when you have a HID kit in there.

Mine aren't for sale sorry, if I ever have to revert back to stock.

Added washers to my springs for the auto hatch open. Works much better now.

Also took out my MDI kit from the armrest and put it around the right way.

Ditto, happened to me today also, there was a those long speed humps just at the end of a steep downhill inclined road, had a lovely scrape even at ultra low speed, I didn't think I need to crawl over it one wheel at a time
