What did you do to your Mk5 today?

My new LED tail lights arrived today
Very similar look to OEM LED's but a 3rd of the price. Had usual problem of having to change over the reverse and fog lenses but nothing a bit of ingenuity (and a jigsaw) couldn't fix.

BTW Are you going to swap the fog and reversing lamps before you fit the lights?

Nothing, but waiting on some brushed aluminium mirrors (getting clear coated).

had the paddle shift enabled on my TDI on tuesday - must say makes driving the car alot more enjoyable ..... brought the wheel and had it fitted some time ago... just didn't get around to getting it all enabled via vag-com .. so did it all at the same time when got the car serviced

Lights are in and here's the pics as promised. Now I'm considering replacing 3rd brake light with a LED one. Can't decide whether to go clear or smoked. Opinions??

LOL..It is lowered (pedders springs) and I wouldn't want to go lower as already have some places around here where it bottoms out over driveways etc.

Looks like the fog/reverse swap went well - was it difficult?
Was there any VAG-Com involved?
And where did you source the lights? How expensive were they?
