Brake pedal hard first thing in the morning

Replaced front Rotors and Pads
I have today replaced the front rotors and pads with Bendix Euro+
and now I have noticed that the brake pad sensor is incorrect.
The solution was to cut it and solder the new 1/2 one to the new old one

Rear Brake Pads & Rotors - 2020 140 tsi Sport 4Motion
Had the 4 year/60,000 klm service today - only travelled 32477klms and was advised the rear brake pads were down to approx 3mm and were needing replacement PLUS the Rotors also = WTF.
I get the rear bias put on by VW will wear the pads quicker but was advised the rotors have a "soft"...

2012 Passat - Camper Trailer needs seperate Brake wire to drive electric brakes

I have a 2012 Passat with a 7 pin flat trailer socket. I'm trying to tow a camper trailer behind it which uses an ElecBrakes Bluetooth module to control/modulate the electric brakes on the trailer. Brake supplier.
I have for the last 20 years or so been using a supplier here in Brisbane for brake rotors pads etc. They were originally sponswers of this site which is how I found them , I paid and placed an order with them a month ago and so far only one email telling me they had to come up from Sydney to Brisbane...

ABS Bleed
I'm having issues with my brakes. The brake pedal has no pressure once the car is running. I have bled all brake lines and the master cylinder however this has not fixed it.
The brake booster hose is also fine, there was a few splits but it has been repaired and there aren't any vacuum...
