What did you do to your Polo today?

Gave one of the wheels a good clean (on the inside of the barrels) with steel wool last night to get rid of the caked on brake dust and light surface rust, it came up really good! I am going to do the other 3 tonight, then they are off to get the centre bores done in the morning. I will be able to give them a polish tomorrow night before they get put on saturday morning, a week earlier than expected.... im this happy ---->

OK well the wheels are all done and cleaned now, ready to go on tomorrow morning.

Switched back to stockies....I love this car so much!!!

Finally installed my SEAT intake. That completes my induction mods. Initial thought is that there is definately an overall improvement. Acceleration seems more crisp & responsive but its really felt up top in 5th gear. Acceleration from 80KPH+ is vastly improved. Bit more of a burble in the exhaust as well. I am pretty happy with the overall result.

bummer,...well atleast if its any consolation, i think itll be worth it in the end. ill admit i was sceptical to begin with, but they do look pretty schmic.

I fully washed, waxed and detailed my Polo today with colour matched Turtle Wax, and detailing spray, then had a bit of a dream on some up coming mods...
I'm going to give this a go...Its a 2.75In dump pipe off a mates KO4 MK4 Golf GTI...We are going to see if we can get it to fit the Polo...If not, its no biggy.


And after Rhys's little dilemma with the fitment of his wheels, I thought I'd better test fit mine!!

It's not the one with the 911 turbo badge on the back with NSW plates that's been down at Mike Weber's for while is it? I know he's a military guy as well. From what Mike was saying that thing will be a bit of a monster when it's done.

Nah man...Its Kadena's one. He had it left over after he bought Gavin's S3 exhaust, and we thought we might see if it will fit, or can modify it to fit.
