Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • I got some Nulon Sean but it was 75/85. Can't tell you how I came to the conclusion though. I have 300mls left out of 2 litres.

17mm Allen key required on my car.

      • Drove it to Melbourne, met Ryan for a beer or three. Strolled around the city, saw Springsteen last night, and drive it home to Adelaide again.

        1,306km total, 7.6 lt/100kms average.

No issues to speak of, happy camper!

We decided that over many years, he'd made the effort, and we could too. It's not pop music about how fun life is, it's about having lived through the good and bad. I find it to be quite emotive stuff, if I'm being honest.

Adjustment? Offset rear bushes, Eddy's offset subframe pins, and a very experienced wheel aligner. No laser stuff here, just the old Repco gauges and swivel plates in the floor, above a pit.

                      • I instaled my new THS FMIC today and after a short test all seems in order. Will put some drive time in this week and see how it benefits of the THS are.
                        Cheers Al

                            • Jealous.

Favorite polo, the blumotion lip is the bomb (now find me one like you've been saying might be a possibility).

Its ok, mine will be red, so you get to stay unique. I'll even let you photograph it!

                              • The lip is ace, the wheels seem too busy in my opinion, i prefered the A8's
