they are 35mm springs so it's MEANT to be a 20mm drop for GTI's (35mm from standard Polo height and GTI's are 15mm lower than standard Polo's.... you do the math ), but they definitely look lower than 20mm, i'd confidently say mine are 25mm+ lower. as for high how off the ground....about this high
Just a thought on that. I bought a bilstein B12 kit as well as the H&R GTI springs. Why? It was cheaper buying the kit. Anyway I have the standard 9N H&R 35mm springs from the kit and comparing these to the H&R 35mm GTI springs, the GTI springs are heaps shorter. So from the looks of it I actually think the GTI springs do actually lower it a further 35mm. The B12 kit ones are meant to lower a stock polo 35mm and they are at least 1cm or more longer. Anyway thats my observation.
As to the one wheel over the speedhump trick; I must be a 'ricerboy'as thats how I have always approached speed humps in any car. Its much less stress on the suspension and allows you o go over them a little faster than you normally would.

Hahahahahaha...So harsh...They are actually darker, but the light makes them look a bit light...I am stoked with the way they look... By the way, the colour is Graphite...

They are TT replicas...I got them off Pullstarter for a great price last year, and they sat at my mates place in Canberra for 4 months before finally getting them up here to Townsville, and getting them painted.
