got my car back from jimmy's after bushes, chassi brace, front and rear sway bars and h and r suspension installed, all i can say is O-M-F-G. all she wants to do now is stick to the road like s##t to a blanket. cheers jimmy your a legend!

How much did all that set you back?

hmm cant remember now, i have the reciepts round here somewhere. the sways bars were i think $240 each from repco the bushes were i think round $50 , the chassi brace was round $150, and the h and r suspension was $1800 landed.

which shocks came with that setup? Bilstein?

Sounds great mate! I'll be in similar territory soon, then I just need the FMIC and it will be a good summer.

yep, h and r put stickers over the bilstien stamps but i got curious, and there bilstien for sure, both front and rear. personally i thaught they were a steal considering there height adjustable just like b14's , yet b14's are quite a bit more expensive.

I checked the H&R website and couldn't find any springs for the Polo. Does the Polo share the same specs as something else?

yeah it shares other suspension parts and springs with other vag vehicles, my suspension in particular were a mixture seat ibiza parts and i think mark 4 golf parts if memory serves correctly. try emailing orange tuning, they might be able to supply the springs for you, there prices are very competitive and they might be able to answer some questions.

You are right Mike , A3/Mk4 golf and the likes. Look forward to your piccies, i took some and will post if you like, but im sure your camera skills are way better, ive seen your work

Interestingly they have kept the same price since I bought mine at the start of the year. With the good value in the dollar at the moment I doubt you will find these any cheaper than these guys.

post away if you like jimmy , i probably wont take any till this weekend. unfortuantly i cant find any good places up here on the coast to take some good shots (not industrial enough )....... guess i could drive out to melany for some landscape shots ,but thats to much effort , ill take some boring drab street shots to show ride height till i find somewhere interesting. oh and my forge front and rear strit braces arrived today.............might fit them this weekend.
