Only negative thing I'll say is the spanners at Lennok will try to convince you that you've taken out the catalitic converter when you take it in for anything. Even if you tell them it was just a resonator.
Best noise improvement though.Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Be like water my friend.

ATYPIC or gavs or anyone - was ATYPIC's issue resolved? I read it was a suspected O2 sensor issue?2015 Polo GTI with DA pack : Milltek Turbo back exhaust | DD spacer | JB1 | VWR Turbo Intake elbow and intake hose | BMC panel filter | KW Street Comfort coilovers | Whiteline adjust. endlinks | Harding DSG Perf. tune | Wagner Intercooler| Dotz Mugello 17 x 8 32ET

^^^ That would've been me. Same symptoms as ATYPIC. Not sure if it was shoddy workmanship or just my particular car, but the loss of power was a concern. My solution....got a Milltek Catback exhaust which gave me back the power and the sound is a whole lot better...albeit at a price. In my case, I don't think it was the O2 sensor.2011 POLO GTI 3dr, Candy White, Audio-Comfort-Xenon PacksMODS: H&R Sport Springs - Bilstein B12s - Whiteline Sway Bar - Milltek Cat Back Exhaust - Sparco Assetto Gara Wheels

I've become somewhat tolerant to the loss of power in the short term because I'm awaiting completion of the Viezu package with the full exhaust system.
I would say go and have it removed but just ensure you get done properly with the clamp option so it is reversible easily enough.Last edited by ATYPIC; 17-06-2013, 09:45 AM.sigpic

What would the warranty implications be for a full system versus just a muffler delete? Also, should have no problems with a muffler delete, assuming you have a good stealership to take it to

How loud etc is your exhaust? similar to the muffler delete? I have not shopped around yet so can I ask you what you paid? - you can message me if you prefer. I am expecting it will be $1000 plus.2015 Polo GTI with DA pack : Milltek Turbo back exhaust | DD spacer | JB1 | VWR Turbo Intake elbow and intake hose | BMC panel filter | KW Street Comfort coilovers | Whiteline adjust. endlinks | Harding DSG Perf. tune | Wagner Intercooler| Dotz Mugello 17 x 8 32ET
