Just a heads-up to any Brisbane owners wanting this done, Rob Bliss exhausts at Geebung charged me $58 for the job, quite a bit better than what everyone else has been quoted down south.

So is everyone happy with the sound? I love it on mine, been running it with the sound actuator re-installed since getting it done. I might unplug it and see what it sounds like in the cabin

Still sounds crap. The exhaust can't make up for the crap induction noise.

So disappointed I couldn't make it. Stupid work. If it wasn't for the fact that work allowed me to buy my GTI in the first place I would be ropable.

Yeah, all sorted. Got it fixed along with the dash rattle a couple of weeks ago.

In my opinion, this is the best solution we have in Italy: screws ready to fit in the original pipe frontally and cutting the new pipe at the back you can use the original mettallic band.

If you need to go back to the original muffler will be only necessary to use the same metallic band also in the front part.

Just had the middle resonator removed at Central Coast Mufflers Tumbi Umbi for $90.

Only did a short drive with it done, but I love my Polo a little bit more now with its new exhaust note.

Does the resi delete in the polo affect warranty?

I would love a little more exhaust note in the cabin so this is something I would do so long as it wouldn't affect the warranty...
