Simply put this will make car more rear wheel biased than stock and give more predictable launches than sudden engage of rear when front wheel start to spin like in stock system, Also it should make car more over steer and fun to drive.

Ramee you shouldn't be posting these sorts of links. It only makes me want one

Are you just getting the non-switchable version? Be interested in your feedback. Also interested to find out how hard the install is and if there is any down side - maybe excessive tyre usage???

Install is pretty simple - a few bolts and its off. Located at the side of the rear diff area.

Nice one Ramee - ive been eyeing the Haldex upgrade off for a while.

Even with a 200hp shot it will be slower than APR's.

Non switchable one is only available for Gold R (Competition controller) and this will keep the haldex engage even under breaking. What I got here is switchable one but I did not get the switch because by default it is in the race mode which is I prefer. So did not spend money for the switch. ( Switch / remote is expensive for what it is)

I got it installed today and it feels mmm.... natural. Actually it is hard to describe the feeling but car handle more balanced and stable. I did not push it much harder yet but will see in coming days.

For the downside fuel economy will be bit worst than stock settings.

So In guessing it is constant 4wd now instead of just transferring on demand. That is a little after you actually need it.

Keep us posted how it goes as there will likely be a few people interested in this mod. And please let us know if there is a model/option you wish you had got so we don't have to make the same mistake

Hi Tigger, Yes I am very happy with the new controller. It definitely makes car over-steer (well may be less under steer) and accelerations are super smooth. No clunks, jerks at all and even under launches ( no wheel slip chirps) . I think new controller could be a very good match for our increased power and torques. To me it is well worth the money. And considering you got other handling improvements are already on the car( sway bars, springs, ALF etc) I can only imagine what it could like to be.

                              Next mod arrived

UHF CB radio for Tig. We are getting ready for our annual holiday road trip and this time going to Cairns, Queensland. Three cars and these will use for inter car communication. Good thing with this particular model is to operate is in hands free manner with steering wheel mounted PTT and scan button unit. Still need to get a good antenna and installation could be bit of a challenge. But this is going to be fun

                              • I expect to see a 25ft bullbar mounted antenna for this and also the obligatory super long drooping mudflaps.

How long is the trip going to be for?
