My experience with VMR has been that they rarely have in stock what is on their site, unfortunately.

Yes 20's are really nice. But I'm just worried abt sacrificing too much ride comfort... that's just me. Sometimes I tell myself, "but it's only just 1" more!!!!!" hahaha

To be totally honest I noticed no difference between 18"s and 20"s ride comfort wise.

What sort of roads do you drive on??
I guess Canberra gets good funding to maintain the road surfaces vs those of us in normal regions.

Canberra roads are pretty good on the whole but we do go on crappy NSW roads quite often. The way the car reacts to potholes etc. is pretty much the same as 18"s.

Really???? Hmmmmm!!!!! Is it the springs/coilovers that makes the difference or the thickness of the tyres??

Both usually. Different brands of tyres in the same size will also provide different levels of comfort too.

So are you comparing the 18s and 20s with the same suspension setup or the 18s with stock vs the 20s with coilovers?

Comparing 18"s and 20"s on the same suspension set up (H&R lowering springs). Coilovers are being installed hopefully in the next week or so.

Very negligible price difference. Some are actually cheaper in 20"s because its a more common diameter than 19"s now.

Pirelli P-Zeros available from Ozzy Tyres for about 300-350. Fantastic grip but a little noisy. I have seen Continental Extreme Contact DWs advertised at St George Tyres in Sydney for about the same also, I'm gonna try these next.
