    Hey all

I'm pretty keen to be part of this group buy too (19" in dark grey) but would need to know the price of delivery to the ACT.

HaywireTig - can you please provide me with the contact details of the supplier so I can get a quote?

As my knowledge of wheels is very limited, can someone advise on what offset and centre bore I would need? What's the difference?? I'm looking at running a 235/245 maybe 255/35/19 tyre.

    Thanks guys!

      Hi Masev.
Welcome to this GB. I hope we can rally 6 or more interested parties to jump on this offer too.

As for ur question regarding delivery, if u search for GTC GT-CX wheels in eBay, u can find the details on the wheels and delivery charges. Jason from Euro.Division selling these GTC GT-CX wheels has confirmed the delivery charges to be:

      Victoria, SA, NSW$70 AUD
      QLD$90 AUD
      WA$140 AUD
Per set of wheels (regardless 18" or 19").

Not very certain abt centre bores. Some of these guys are here pretty knowledgeable abt wheels. All I know is that I need the 5x112 bolt pattern for the VW Tiguan. ET is impt too. The wheels specs I'm looking at are:

      Wheel Specifications:
      Front Wheels: 19x8.5 ET +35
      Rear Wheels: 19x8.5 ET +35
      Bolt Pattern: 5 x 112
Center bore: 57.1 mm (not sure if this is correct but if it suits the Tig, that's fine by me)
      Finish: Matte Black

Hope someone can help us abt the centre bore. Perhaps you can advise what car or model you drive?

Thanks for the info mate - I have a new (face-lifted) Tig being built next week - Like you said, as long as it fits.

I doubt there's any difference between old and new Tig's.

Sorry hippy. Yes, They have only one design for the VW's which is the VMR V710 replica. Although I wldnt mind the VB3's or V708's too! Haha

They more designs for the BMW's I think.

Yes it should be the same - unless someone in this forum corrects us otherwise. when do u reckon u wld want to get it? We have to inform the seller and confirmed list of wheels specs we want and he will come back as to whether there's stock or when the next shipment in will be.

I'm hoping to get some concrete numbers by end of Jan or early Feb at latest. So that we can put the order in first n secure the GB savings. Think theres one guy who wldnt mind having it by this weekend! Other than that, I'm happy to wait a little to hit that magic 6 type pricing. let me know ur interest. Thanks!

Hmmm it's just that they seem to only have that offset. ET45 seem to sit flushed w the body according to a member. So an ET35 will sit abt 10mm out a little. Shd still be ok I think? I'm happy to check w the seller if he can get ET45's if u are more keen w that.

                      Good news. He replied saying:

19x8.5 et45 arrives end of Feb.
57.1 center bore for golf 5,6, jetta etc.

Hmmm makes me think which I shd get.

Definitely interested but would like to confirm a good fitment before committing 100% (ie. offset - bore etc) I'm not in a rush to purchase as my Tig won't land in Oz till late March but I have the funds ready to go. I'm might just try them out on my Golf R too if they fit ok....

I know Pullstarter has a set of nice 20's on his and apparently they sit flush against the guards - What's your ET or offset Pullstarter? any idea about centre bore?? Thanks buddy

And thanks again to you HaywireTig for organising all of this!

Mine are 20x8.5, ET35, CB 71mm from memory. IIRC all VMR wheels come in either 57.1mm or 66mm centrebore. Centre bore isn't really a big issue as long as they're the same CB as your stock wheel or bigger as you can get hub-centric wheel rings to make them fit.
