Can't wait! It's been to long , l got my bumper plug for the front today, going to look a lot better without front number plate mount.

Hey TheTig! That step is planned for 28th April.. thanks for letting me know about the VIN. I will be checking in with the dealer after the 28th to see if he has the VIN for me ..

I'm getting slimeline black with white writing.

I think it's four screws.

I ordered 2 pairs , but they send you 5, 1 spare.

Just spent the last 30 mins going through this thread researching the license plate / bumper plug issue re non-Euro plates but still have queries!

*sigh*

Please can anyone confirm or add to the following:-

FRONT
Mount is hard plastic measuring 525 x 115 (as per Brizzypom Pg53)
To remove is 5 plastic nuts
Need 4 colour coded Bumperplugs to fill
So what next to mount slimline plates? Do you need to drill holes in the bumper to mount a slimline bracket / cover?!?
And if so can anyone recommend cheaper ones than the pricey Lakin ones mentioned elsewhere?

Just a piece of black foam that can be cut down to size as required to keep the protective padding
Presumably then you can just mount whatever mount you then use with the existing holes?
