Just need to get final clearance from the wife as likely she's the one that'll end up with the car in the longer term (and she says she's the one with taste in the household).
Dutch are you able to magic up some yellow brake calipers with your wild Paint skills???

No offence mrs tigger but you think fast wagons are like hearses, so I'm not rating the taste level.
With Kaps or something aftermarket and tasty?

Don’t let Mrs Tigger know that I’m converting her stylish SUV into a black sleeper wagon. Also I mentioned yellow calipers to her and didn’t get a no so I’m taking that as approval.
Surprisingly she didn’t complain about the lowering when she hopped in to go to the shops just now.
Also I measured from the point where the wheel touched the driveway and through the centre of the wheel to the bottom of the arch. I noticed the measurement was slightly more if I moved forwards but then my tape may not have been vertical either...
Yep, Highline R Line. Taken from centreline of the wheel arch down to the ground.
I’m thinking lowering 30mm may be too subtle on mine 😭
Take off wheels, give calipers a good clean (can of degreaser supplies in kit), mix up paint (add hardener to colour), apply to calipers with brush(supplied in kit).

Are you sure you were measuring on a flat surface??
30mm is quite a noticeable drop. If you’re going more I’d seriously be considering coils as getting more drop on the stock shocks either means you have really stiff springs (which makes the ride harsh) or potentially hitting bump stops (not fun).
