Just got email from dealership today my alltrack lands on 16th

Got notification that mine is on the Manon and will land in Sydney on 3 August so I should have it sometime after the 21st. Happy days!

Mine is on Manon too! I noticed that the destination is Sydney for mine too, and that you're also in Melbourne - do the cars get unloaded up there and then trucked back down? That doesn't seem efficient...

I've ordered a Golf 7.5 110TSI Comfortline with Infotainment Pack in Indium Grey. Pretty much couldn't be more excited.

Congrats on your purchase! I'm not sure about when you ordered yours, or exactly how it works, but I guess it was because I took an unallocated car that was already on the ship. Once it's on board it's probably too late to change the delivery destination as they would be loaded in a specific part of the ship for efficiency in unloading.

I've just placed an order for a Mk 7.5 Golf R DSG with DAP. The dealer wouldn't budge lower than $60,590, however the leasing company at work managed $56,650 through their 'preferred dealership'. Hopefully that should give some indication of what you should be able to achieve.

Have just ordered a 2018 7.5 R. Arriving late December! A long wait, but I wanted the grey again and that was the next available - and a cracker of a Christmas present... Selling my Mkvi if anyone wants it! lol.

The 7.5 is such a worthwhile upgrade the tech is amazing

tho i am not getting anywhere near the fuel efficiency that i should! Maybe sports mode is to blame?

Who would have thought a sports mode on a diesel would be fun

I got the call on Monday to say my car was due into Melbourne on Tuesday (yesterday), which means delivery should be a week or two from then. Previously had been told end of August so mid-August was amazing news! Something promptly happened with the boat, and the ETA was shifted back to the end of the week, and my delivery date is moving with it, towards late August... I was so excited for just a moment haha.

Either way, not long now, super excited!

Haha, I said that after my long wait in 2014 when. I bought the GTI!
I really don't know why I feel like like this, I already have a mk7 GTI, so the car will basically look the same! I just want to play with the active info display!!!
