Waiting on delivery of my white R and im considering plasti dipping the cadiz in gloss black to add more contrast between black and white. (dont torch me with comments its just spontaneous thinking at the moment). Im looking for a photo of the cadiz sprayed all black to see what it looks like. Anyone come across one yet?

1st phot is more so the contrast. I think they are the mk6 R rims
These images i found earlier and have saved for myself but show the 19" painted black as previously shown in another thread ages ago
Either way i have seen a couple of white R's now with black aftermarket rims and they look good, especially when finished with a black roof and mirrors.

Im getting a mate to wrap my roof and mirrors black just for a trial on my lapiz blue R so i wonder how that will go(around Dec-Jan).I thought it suited the 6R good so if anyone has any opinions on that let them fly.

I took delivery of my white R last week and dropped it straight into pro vinyl in Sydney. My wheels are getting painted gloss black as well as other things being wrapped. I'll upload a couple of pictures tomorrow when I pick it up

Another pure white owner here very interested to see how the Cadiz rims looked painted gloss black. I have to take the rims off anyway to instal the R centre caps so I figure why not paint them as well

^ lol sorry Gary, I meant just paint the rims and whilst the wheels are off swap out the VW centre caps for 'R' centre caps sourced from Aliexpress

has anyone noticed the brake rotors are a tad smaller than the mk6 r / mk5 r32? 340mm as opposed to 345mm.

i wonder if the brake pads are any different...
