You might like to mention to your web administrators that an update is in order as the Golf V has been unavailable for a couple of years now. The Polo too is out of date.

This seems to be a common theme among Volkswagen Dealerships. I'm not sure whether this is a case of not understanding the importance of the role of the website in their business or of the websites themselves being simply too hard to update content on.
Either way, it's dealers themselves who suffer in the end. I'll go to a dealership that is selling MKVI's over one that is still selling MKV's any day of the week. More so these days, the customer service experience begins online. If it's a sub-standard experience on the website, it can affect the customer's perception of what their dealership experience will be.

*SIGH* - it's hard to soar with eagles when you scratch with chickens...
Thanks for the heads-up
I have sent of a not-so-friendly email to our marketing department!
Picked up my 35 this arvo - beautiful. Absolutely amazing to drive even in plain D mode - the most responsive "auto" of sorts I've ever driven. Will get some photos happening when the Sydney weather is more suited to standing around outside (yes, the car has unfortunately already been rained on).
Smallish scratch next to the driver's side door handle pre-delivery (hooray for black), they'll be sorting that out for me after the long weekend. Other than that, it's as good as I'd imagined it'd be. Strangely enough, the advertised push-button start feature from the original promo vid isn't present in the car we get here in Australia - I have a standard key ignition. No big deal really, more an FYI for anyone expecting the button.
Also saw a red 35 in pre-delivery and a white 35 on the showroom floor, so if any of you acquired either of those from Five Dock, I'd be expecting a call soon (if you aren't already driving the cars).

This is a bit of a long shot but does anyone k ow of a black or grey manual preferably with no options?? For my sister and her husband they don't want any of the options and manual and my sister WON'T have white () or red
My wife was the same until she saw one in the metal.. take her down and stick her bum in one.. she might find that white ( Or red) in the 35 war paint is different that she might think
Current Ride: MY 16 Daytona Pearl Grey Audi S3- Performance Pack 1, Sunroof and Driver assist
Haha yeah her husband and I both like the GTI's and R's in white because they have a lot of black highlights and a few red ones on TR GTI as well... I've been trying to convince her but without seeing one I doubt she'd change her mind
There is a Base spec CW ED35 sitting in the showroom at Penrith VW that doesn't have an owner yet...

Make sure you test drive the DSG if you haven't already. I used to be one of those "I'll never drive an automatic sports car" guys, until I drove the DSG GTI. In fact I probably still wouldn't drive an auto sports car, UNLESS it came with a DSG gearbox or something as good as it

Completely and 100% agree, I said manual and only manual for my R until I was thrown the keys for the DSG for a test drive earlier this year.....
