What Accessories are you buying for your MK6 Golf?
I never understood why the GTI, being so popular and all, never had a proper seat insert available? The Golf R and 35th edition have proper seat inserts, but not the normal GTI. So the other night i found these, which look a lot better. I have ordered a set for our GTI so i will report back on quality/fitment etc.
I wouldn't mind a set of those little inserts and the sill protectors... I haven't looked in a a little while but last time around it was impossible to find anything not marked up GTI or R in three door spec... and I just can't bring myself to put GTI/R stuff onto the Cabriolet...
If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

You can get some door sills and seat handle inserts that say "TSI" or "Golf" on them - but i haven't seen any with "Cabriolet" on them unfortunately. See here for some examples: Bold-Sport.com :: Interior

Brilliant! It's been a little while but as I said, 2 door variants just didn't exist in anything but GTI/R spec when I got my Cab. I'm more than happy with "Golf" on them... It's one thing to put the LED tail lights on a TSI because they look cool, another thing entirely to put the GTI badges on

They do look the goods, but they sure aren't cheap! USD60... I think I paid maybe half that for my GTI ones!
finally got around to install rear reversing camera running it off an ANS810, the result were surprisingly good, i mean it even had lines linked to the steering angle. The best thing is the entire kit cost just $30, now lets hope it lasts.
Finny got around in installing my sill protectors and seat lever thingy. They are some nice subtle touches that really should have been there from the factory.
It's just a little glary so the photo's aren't great, but here you go. 10 minutes worth of stick of goodness.
Now all that's left is the LED door lights to go in when I get the urge to pull the door trims off.

Nice mats, just wondering how much and where from? Coming up to 4 years old and my heal is almost through the mat so the plastic square would be useful.

See this post (they do GTI mats too, and Lucas_R has bought some of those for his partner's GTI - see this thread for that car):
