I'll have you know that I had the car washed a week ago so $20 well spent - don't think they used a broom on it either.... On that same day I drove over to another R over at Silverwater to hook the owner up for a tune.Top guy and the car was the same as mine except 45K on the clock and absolutely filthy, worse than my car had ever been plus 4 months more and it had the passenger mirror hanging down attached only by the cable, slain after an earlier run in with a sulo bin. If only I had held of wash number 2 for another day we would have had the two disgraces side by side. I meant to get a pic but you'll have to wait another week or so. It regularly gets driven on the beach and 4WD park at Kurnell !!!Originally posted by SilvrFoxX View Post
,Parso is not partial to washing his car

I was the car when it's a nice clear day and the forecast doesn't include rain (unless the car is utterly filthy like it was last weekend after driving on unsealed roads in the rain).

Couldnt agree more - they are crap. Ive been on the lookout for new mats, they have some ok ones in the USA but they are for left hand drive cars unfortunately.Originally posted by Candyman View PostAnother Golf R observation though

I want a drivers side mat with a heel pad on it.

One option is to get a group buy happening to get custom R ones made with a heel pad built in. A few places will custom make them.Originally posted by Lucas_R View PostCouldnt agree more - they are crap.
