It will then travel through the Suez Canal on it's way to Mexico. After that you won't be able to track it for a few weeks as it heads over to NZ(al least that's what I went through). The "Carmen" is due into Brisbane tomorrow,hopefully it then be only 3 weeks until I take delivery of my R. Well I'm somewhere in between this thread and the 'I have received' thread. Dropped into dealer this afternoon to drop off my plates and the manager informed me my car was just unloaded off the truck. Because of their passenger car dealership location it does not allow for trucks to drop off cars directly. So off around the corner to their commercial dealership we went (in a new passat, not a bad car at all) to have a look see. Well there she was still wrapped up looking obviously a little ugly but when she gets spruced up she'll be all mine early next week. Forgot how poxy those little black extensions on the wheel arches look when you option the 19's. Two cars up and there was another RB R sitting there.
There is also a Rising Blue R in there showroom. It has leather and is on 18's. It has been there for about 1 week.Golf R, Rising Blue, 5 Door, DSG and some extra fruit.

which dealer? And i have a quick question regarding your "plates". I assume you are referring to personalised plates? Are you still going to have to pay the dealer a "registration/plate" fee? (the fee that they have to pay to vic roads, i forgot just what this fee is losted as.
