There is a shopping centre where they didn't put a park spot because there is a tree there, but if I reverse park into the spot I fit nicely because the mk3 is so small and I make it look like there is supposed to be a spot there. Hey guys, I've been looking at a cheap run around locally, it's another mk3. It's got 300thou kms (but it's actually cheap, I'm talking cheap cheap.)
Only need it to get to work and back (5 min drive)
Anyway, took it for a test drive this morning and the reverse clicks loudly, like the whole gearbox moves? It didn't slip out tho and I drove a whole street in reverse. How big of a problem is that?
Also it idles at about 1500-1700 and just goes up and down between the two.
Lastly, while driving the temp light flashes the whole time?
Any advice would be great thanks
