Finally got manual regulators that weren't going to cost me $400 so put them in, removed the power windows wiring and the side intrusion bar.
Weight saved ~5kg with the foor inner cut out should be around 7kg saved, per door!
Here i was thinking i was running out of free/easy reductions.
This weekend i will be removing the front sway bar.

It all started swapping spacers. Which i didn't even do. Cut the metal out from the other door, then said stuff it. Lets do the dash.
Removed everything behind it. Got rid of the power windows loom and cut most of the radio loom out.
going to remove all the abs wiring while the dash is out tomorrow.
Saved a bit over 16kg's.
