          • What is the strut top situation?

            • ^ What he said, what are they?

As for the wiring, Peter mentioned you may be getting a fusebox from him mate, if so I recently converted my fusebox to blade style fuses and have had 0 (touch wood) issues what so ever. Have a look on my build thread for the cabby and you can see it. Hit me up with a pm if you want more info. I personally find it the easiest and most reliable way of running blade style fuses.

                • Update! She runs! (Not for long periods of time though.. ignition issue..)
Most wires are sorted and we are getting closer and closer to rego!!!!! Yay!
Just a few things to sort out like thermo fan and shortening the clutch cable.. why are they so fricken long?!?!?!
Also in need of electronic ignition, ie. Distributor and the unit. Already have a gt40r coil but i have no resistor and the contact breaker is having a hard time running 12v haha

                          • If you believe the profiteers on Gumtree that steering wheel on your car is ultra rare and worth $350.

Golf is looking seriously good. Well done.

Few small things to sort out like the vinyl slider, heating/demisters, bmc reservoirs, headliner and gotta source a gti duckbill, or even the povpack duckbill will suffice
