Took it to the Sydney German Autofest on Sunday.

This may not look impressive but I've finally got the MK1 to the point where I feel comfortable to drive it around town. It's still loud, rough and a pain to drive but it's getting there.

New (old MK1) wiper assembly installed after much stuffing around to refit the control module. Interesting to see MK3 on it but the part number is identical to the one I took off the Cupra.

My car doesn't have wipers, nothing, no mechanism, no hole for the drivers side wiper, nothing except the hole for the passengers side.
