hi Clay, thanks for the call back today. Count me in if there is a spot available. I have only recently finished my racecar and need to get it on the track before any serious racing to ensure it is all working so this could be a great opportunity. there will be at least 2 of us for breaky but I'll let you know final numbers in a day or two.

My suction cup mobile phone holder has an aperture where the camera is, which is pretty sweet, so I can stick it to the driver's window and sit my phone in the cradle and record my laps POV style. I've got a samsung Galaxy S2 which supposedly records video in 1080p HD. It will be my first effort at recording and then posting a video on youtube so we'll see how it turns out.

All going to plan, I'll post the link up on here after it's all done.

Did a test run for the POV camera last night and it all works so i just need to make sure everyhting is charged.
Will pm those who haven't confirmed their/passenger attendance today nad have to give final numbers to QR on Monday.

Heading into Hardings this week for some more APR vrooom bits so I'm ready for the weekend lol

did some testing on Saturday and ended up breaking one of the retaining clips on the clutch throwout bearing. Engine is out and new bearing arrived this afternoon so should have it back together by Friday. Planning on wrapping the exhaust and adding a turbo blanket while it is out of the car.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but I'm not out to prove anything or race others. From what I gather this isn't a proper track day so will be driving accordingly and taking it relatively easy. I'm in the process of (re)building something I can (have) use on the track that's much more cost effective to run. Jap, not Euro.

I just want to see how the Audi goes in the relative safety of the track and without the worry of the boys in blue, plus $25 is fantastic! Looking forward to meeting you all!

dude sorry about no talk....... my wife nicole will be in for breakfast also plus one for me!.....also can anyone tell me who owns that red polo with the stage 2 APR? (the one that blew past everyone at the last meet?) I know him quite well but I dont know his name! lol just wanna have a chat to him about driveshaft issues! (Sorry to the polo own for not knowing your name bro!)
