HI Guys
I'm after some advice on my Mk5 Golf, 2.0L TDi.
Start up is a bit on the laggy side, takes a few turns to kick in, runs fine at idle, as well as when you give it the berries.
The problem is that at low throttle openings, it hesitates, almost stalls....

Running Rough issues mk4 GTI AGU
So recently my mk4 GTI (AGU) started to miss badly. We narrowed it down to cylinder 3 missing, and searching the forums I found that it was likely a bad ignition amp. To be safe though we testing injectors and did a compression test as well. Injectors worked fine and compression was great, 180 across...Last edited by panjo42; 04-11-2019, 10:49 PM.

Gti golf MAF housing size
Just wondering if the GTi guys might be able to give me a hand with something. So I'm gathering bits for my fitment of a Golf 6 Gti IHI turbo onto a 1.8T 20V. Couldn't resist
Looks like I might be buying a Bora 4motion, the price for this one is too good to pass up.
It’s cheap because it doesn’t accelerate, especially in 1st gear. Might be MAF, might be fuel starvation or dud sensors so will need troubleshooting and parts replaced to fix...

Wondering if anyone out there is willing to share thoughts on the issue as follows:

Slow going uphill in my 2002 T4 2.5 TDI
I have recently purchased a 2002 2.5 TDI T4 Transporter and Pete from Newcastle VW Center diagnosed the MAF sensor as faulty using his diagnostic laptop. it seems to drive beautifully on an open flat road but lacks power when going uphill with barely a load in it. It just seems like the turbo isn't...
