Polo 6r:intake air temperature singal too high

Hello,

Can anyone please help me figure what causing my Intake Air Temperature Sensor Signal too high fault, from my understanding its supposed to be part of the MAF on the 6R polo however replacing the MAF sensor did not get rid of this code. Please see VCDS scan below.

Firstly, clear the codes. Start fresh.

Secondly, go to advanced measuring in VCDS and show us the live data of the intake air temp when the car is running.

Did you notice anything driving to make you run a scan?
Was it breaking up at idle or misfiring on a hot day?
