Was there a momentary loss or traction at 85km/h?? Or was that just the powerband losing puff? Awesome stuff though!

Let me know when you're heading to the drags, would be interesting to line our cars side by sideOriginally posted by VWindahouse View PostThat and running 2 degrees of negative camber on the drive wheels doesn't help things in a straight line. I'll be getting a stock wheel alignment for the drag strip for sure.

Really how are you going to squeeze 225's in ?
Im running 205's at the moment
I think most of the 225's are a 45 and not a 40

Running 215's at the moment. No scraping. Guards not rolled.Originally posted by vwthunder View PostReally how are you going to squeeze 225's in ?

Will investigate how much I can roll the guards to see if I can fit a 225.
Yoko make a 225/35/17. S drive.
I will also probably raise the car a fraction as I am building it to handle, not for stance.
Will also look at the cost of flaring to fit in a 235.
Can't do much without a car though. Will have till wait a couple of weeks.
Sorry for taking over the thread but probably relevant!
