Still waiting on the old school engineer, cam sleeves are made now waiting for him to make the spanners that you need.

                    Hoyhoy.

Should soon have more answers on the torque steer problems, working on the bump steer & with the help of Fulcrum Research & Development, might have some solutions soon. The Polo GTI's steering rack is too low.
This causes the wheel alignment to toe out when hitting bumps.
At the moment my little girl is running about 260hp, so when gunning her & hitting an un-even surface, she has a mind of her own.
Be patient, I'm trying to solve this for myself & others.

                        hoyhoy.

The ball joints have a taper fit, there are easier ways.

                          Hi mate,

Any news here? I'm keen to get this fixed if I can, last wheel alignment did not come out right (pulling left) wondering if this might be a part of the same issue?

                            Hoyhoy.

Been slack of late, the little girl is parked away in the garage.
I've been busy for a couple of months looking for a future income which is more on my mind at the moment,,, sorry folks.
Saw the engineer last Thursday, now says he's waiting on the bolts he ordered before Xmas.

                              Hoyhoy.

Sorry folks for time it has taken, but their here.
Now the main reason I went for this was because there was movement between the subframe & the chassis, now if you don't have movement there it might not make any difference in doing this mod.
I do know it made a lot of difference to my Little Blue Girl.
It can take a bit of fiddleing to fit these, but I made a mark on mine as to where they were & which hole they came from, I can remove the main crossmember out & put it back as it was.
Another problem can be the holes in the subframe, if you have movement, it can damage the 18mm holes like mine did, for this you'll have to burrow a reamer, because you don't want to bash these sleeves in, you must be able to turn them for ajusting.
They have been designed for the Polos, but might fit others.(Sleeves = 18mm dia. with a 12mm hole & the length = 50mm plus the collar.)

This is the kit below that I have available, including a bent spanner to make it easier to ajust.
                              Have about 20 sets available

                              Price = $95.00 Plus postage.
I do have PayPal if needed.

                                Hoyhoy.

For the more serious boys, heres another little trick I came up with.
I found the rear control arm bushes have to be located spot on to help reduce movement, so I went one further & bolted the rear bush (custom made 95 enduro),compliments from FULCRUM in Brissy, may sound strange but thats me, fussy.
