No launch control on Polo - unless you are happy to risk your gearbox! Here's a thread on this topic:

Definitely worth the wait. Although I am lucky to have only waited two months from placing order to pick up
Can't imagine what you and many others are feeling after waiting ~12 months. I was obsessed with marine traffic site after I found out my VIN a week from ordering. But anyhoo, you're almost there now! Woohoo

The red brake calipers and the red stripes on the front grill stand out more on a white car , did not have great choice on colour took what was available , but i am happy with my little red devil lol

Sigh, 10 days in with my new car and my bosses daughter decides to open her door onto the back of my front passenger door. It's only a few mm long but there's a spot that had paint scrapped off... Touch up paint time

Oh hello there


Broke it in on Mt Tambourine with a mate and I had a smile from ear to ear, excellent drive!
Shadow blue is an amazing colour, the red GTI piping pops really well.

Also I don't mind the touch adapter (which I was dreading), you dont lose any functionality connecting to it instead of the 9W7. I just enabled sleep mode so it shuts down 15 seconds later and turned the illumination down to minimum.

EDIT: Scratch that I hate it, it cut out the audio on the iPhone. But i've got a hack to fix it
