This looks very nice, you don't see many of that colour about.
As with most recent VAGs, I'd suggest both heavy oil consumption and the DSG are of most concern for long term ownership. And either can be a lottery regardless of use (or abuse).
Some simple checks would be to ask if/how much oil was added between services (and hope they were honest). With the DSG, slow clutch engagement or both sluggish or harsh gear changes (up and down the 'box and particularly when shifting between D to R and back) can signal DSG issues.
Otherwise it still sounds tight, and given the relatively few kms and a service record? you should be right. Good luck.
