Brad: yea I agree abt directionally not being able to x-rotate. Only thing abt getting from Tirerack is if it's more than A$1,000 I get slapped w taxes/duties/clearance. So for those brands - not sure if it'll work out the same or jus slightly less? Do u know? Maybe I Shd just ask for a quote.. I reckon prbly US $2,000+ door to door...?

Aaaah... Yes... Those Alcons, Brembo's... AP Racing... Are reaaaally pricey. Hahaha if u were to choose for a Tig, what BBK's wld u want?

Still one of those brands. I've replaced the original Brembos on my old Evo with the Endless 6/4 kit and it's a damned impressive braking system. I kept the original Brembos (forged mono block 6 and 4) on my old GTR but tried a friend's car with the Endless mono block 6 and they were stupendously good. I did change the GTR's to Endless MX72 pads, steel braided brake lines and Alcon 2 piece rotors which helped a fair bit on the roads.

I probably won't change the brake system too much initially, but I will do a proper bleed/flush with some good brake fluid, MX72 pads (if I can find them) and steel braided lines. Until I can afford something good. The only contact the car has with the road are the rubbers and the only things stopping them are the brakes so those two things, I try not to skimp.

What size? 245/45x19?
CSC3 will be about AUD1950 with duty & GST
Conti ExtremeContact DW about AUD1300 delivered
Conti ExtremeContact DWS about $1200 delivered

I wouldn't consider anything else in that size at tirerack (maybe the Bridgestone S04)

Why not get the 255/40/19? Almost exact size as the original (4mm difference)

Oh yes. How abt lug bolts n nuts. I'm looking at aftermarket ones to replace the OEM's n also a locking nut per wheel for safety. Looking at black ones if u have any suggestions.

Do u guys know what spec I Shd get? The seller of the GTCX wheels said the stock bolts sizes r fine.

Shipping is around $380.
Look on the website for the price of the tyre. Muliply by 4 then add shipping. exchange rate is near enough parity at the moment so don't worry about USD to AUD conversion.
Allow $20-$40 for the bank transfer fee (they won't take CC on foreign purchases)
Allow about $20 per tyre fitting, balancing, tubeless valve & enviro fee at somewhere like Jax.

can't help you with bolts & locking nuts. They used to come with the wheels last time I bought any new.

Thank u for the additional info mate. Truly appreciate it. Just really clueless at things to do w cars as I've never done anything whatsoever to me previous cars at all. So it's a little overwhelming n confusing. Appreciate ur patience n guidance all!
