The my salesperson was on holidays so the sales manager came out - he was rude and arrogant tired asking him for a VIN and he said I don't know anymore than you. Wouldn't bother looking up NADCON even though I have him a commission number and basically pushed me out the door. The last update I got from the dealership was before Christmas when they sent me an email with a screen shot of NADCON saying the car will be in arriving in Melbourne on the 23rd March.
Really poor customer service on their behalf and when I do get that survey I will have no problems letting VW know how I feel.
