Yeah i will mostly get the black on white plates in QLD...very similar to the bottom right corner NSW one in the pic.

Very few options with VW in the mix on the plates

Yeh I’ve noticed how big the black front plate holder is too. A euro plate would be perfect. I’ve chosen white characters on a black plate here in Vic, it’s blends in a little better, but not ideal.

All the vids i have seen white background euro plates seem to blend with white card for me...its a tricky one..

Yeh I’ve noticed how big the black front plate holder is too.

Have a look at the first minute of this video - seems pretty easy to remove the plate holder - maybe just screw direct into the bumper?

I'd imagine that light bar with the centre light covering the radar/sensor behind the VW logo is a stupid idea

Thanks for that. Annoying the holes in the bumper are right in the corner. A shorter plate would leave the holes exposed. Have to decide if it’ll annoy me enough to cough up for the cost of euro plates.

Got the call today

Will finally be collecting my MY19 fully loaded 162tsi highline this Sunday. Has been a decent wait since my original MY18.5 order in July before changing to MY19 build in September (my own fault for wanting the S&V pack)
